First off, this comment is coming from a family that has bought and sold over 10 properties over the last 17 years within CT, MA and ME.

I contacted Jamie and Mark two weeks ago via email on a Zillow ad regarding properties in Sarasota and we are now proud soon- to -be owners at Shoreview at Waterside, Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota.

Mark and Jamie responded to us only minutes after my inquiry to them late on a Sunday night (via email and text) which is unheard of.
